Unpacking the differences between masculine and feminine behaviour.

Workshops, Talks, A Course, Retreats, One on One, Private and Professional sectors and will be tailor made for the specific audience, online and in person.

People show others who they are by their behaviour, both verbal and nonverbal. One powerful way to read people and develop your own self-awareness, is by understanding whether someone is more in touch with either their masculine or their female principle, regardless of whether they inhabit a male or female body.

The Universal Law/First Principle of Gender, states that everything has its masculine (outward going, stable) and feminine (inward going, flowing) principle’s. These two forces appear opposite from each other but in fact make up the dynamic balance which keeps everything moving in the world and is the foundation of all forms of creation, procreation and co creation.

The qualities of these principles do not only refer to the differences between male and female stereotypes – but they also reference the differences between people. This first principle operates on the physical as well as spiritual planes: – the two principles operate in heat, light, magnetism, sex, where the masculine energy directs itself to the feminine energy, thus beginning the creative and procreative process. Although the feminine and masculine principles are part of every man and woman, the biology of woman makes it easier for women to connect with the inward going energy and for man to connect with the outward going energy. We all have access to both left brain (yang, masculine, positive) and right brain (yin, feminine, negative) qualities and can transform life and ourselves being able to move between these poles of behaviour and learn to consciously choose how to behave in any given situation having a good idea of its outcome as well.

The benefits:

  • To develop self-awareness consciously and consistently.
  • To choose how to think, feel, speak, and act, replacing unconscious reactivity with conscious response.
  • To manage yourself and other people with more skill and less limitation.
  • To identify skills and behavioural qualities that you do not have, learn them, and integrate them into daily life.
  • To develop E.Q, S.Q, P.Q and I.Q, which leads to greater self-sufficiency and self-confidence.
  • To develop adaptability and live with its benefits.
  • To read people more easily and accurately, improving relationships as a result, at home and at work and with yourself.
  • To bring yourself into alignment and evolve into a whole/holistic being.

Neither polarity is better or worse, weaker, or stronger, but integrating each of these qualities into your daily life will bring clarity and perspective when interacting with others. In an ideal world, both men and women would choose consciously whether to connect more with the passive or the more assertive energy.
